Our Signature Process
Creating your dream centerpiece is a thoughtful and personalized journey. Here’s what to expect when you work with My Ever After Arrangements.
Start by filling out the order inquiry form with your event details, preferred colors, style, and any inspiration you have. The more details you share, the better I can bring your vision to life!
Within 72 hours of receiving your form, I’ll personally reach out to discuss your vision in more depth, answer any questions, and clarify any details.
After our discussion, I’ll create a realistic digital proof of your custom design. You’ll be able to review it and request edits if needed until it perfectly matches your vision.
Once you approve the design and materials are arranged, I’ll send you a final price quote based on your custom piece.
After the quote is approved, I begin creating your custom centerpiece(s) with love, care, and attention to every detail.
Local delivery is available within the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island. For clients outside the area, secure shipping is also available.

Q: Can I request glitter or sparkle in the design?
A: Definitely! If you want your arrangement to shine, I can add tasteful glitter, shimmer accents, or rhinestones. You decide how subtle or bold you'd like the sparkle.
Q: Will I get to approve the design before it’s made?
A: Yes! Before I begin crafting your arrangement, I’ll create a realistic digital proof showing exactly how your design will look. You’ll be able to approve it or request changes, nothing moves forward until you’re in love with it!
Q: What types of events do you create centerpieces for?
A: I specialize in weddings and bridal showers, but I also design for baby showers, birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, and special themed events. Every celebration deserves beauty.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: Ideally, 2–3 weeks in advance is perfect for custom projects. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability, just reach out!
Q: What materials do you use?
A: I use high-quality faux flowers (silk or foam) for beauty that lasts. These flowers look incredibly realistic and make perfect keepsakes. Have something specific in mind? I’ll work with you.
Q: Can I see the progress before it's done?
A: Yes! In addition to the digital proof, I can send you in-progress photos or videos so you feel confident about the final look.

A: I offer local delivery throughout the five boroughs and Long Island, NY, ensuring your arrangement arrives safely and on time. For clients outside the area, I provide secure shipping with beautiful, protective packaging so your design arrives just as stunning as intended.
